Dalila Morales embarked on her professional journey in 2003 when she joined Community Assisted Controlled Housing (CATCH). Born with a passion for community development and housing initiatives, Dalila dedicated herself to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
During her time with CATCH, Ms. Morales played a vital role in fostering a sense of community and ensuring access to controlled and affordable housing options. Her commitment to the organization’s mission was evident in her daily work, where she worked diligently to improve living conditions and empower
residents.
Over the years, Ms. Morales became known for her dedication to creating inclusive and supportive
environments within the communities she served. Her tenure at CATCH was marked by various achievements
and milestones, contributing to the organization’s success in providing quality housing solutions.
In 2015, Ms. Morales made the decision to explore new horizons and pursue different opportunities, bidding farewell to CATCH. Although she left the organization, Ms. Morales carried with her a wealth of experience, skills, and a deep sense of fulfillment from her time dedicated to community organizer/resident specialist supervisor.
Ms. Morales worked at Housing Works, Inc. where she held several positions including outreach specialist, patient navigator, resident case manager, and patient care coordinator, all of which were dedicated to healthcare and housing services.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Morales’ story is one resilience, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference. As she navigates new paths, Dalila continues to bring her unique perspective and passion for community welfare to everything she does upon her return to CATCH.
