Tadessech is a servant leader in everything she does in her career and in her community. She considers herself a “YARDIE” a Jamaican, even thou she was born in Brooklyn. Tadessech was raised in the Eastern Parish of St. Thomas Jamaica and returned back to Brooklyn, NY in her teens to live with her dad. 

In, 2000, Tadessech graduated from  Binghamton University. There, she studied and graduated with a Political Science and English Degree.

After college, she worked as a Caseworker for a Foster Care and Adoption Agency where she managed a portfolio of children ranging from infants to 18 years old. A year later, Tadessech secured a job with a non-profit housing organization where she worked for approximately 12 years.

and m held several titles; Tenant Organizer, Field Supervisor, Construction Manager, Project Manager and Asset Manager.

23 years later, Tadessech remains in the affordable housing industry, the real estate market, and have seven years in the financial and life insurance industry. She is currently licensed as an Associate Broker in NY and a Salesperson in NJ. She is a licensed life and health insurance agent in NY, NJ, MD, SC, NC, CA, VA, and GA.

In October 2021, Tadessech  established her non-profit organization called Legacy Better Days Inc. Her non-profit organization was established  to provide services to children in families in need, and underserved in the United States, Jamaica, and Ghana. Our vision is to establish a global footprint where we are effectively making changes and a difference in the lives of every individuals we touch, One Soul At A Time.
